Shakeology Ice Cream Sundae

Chocolate Covered Cherry Chip with Coconut

smoothie bowls, shakeology, shakeology recipes, chocolate shakeology, shakeology ice cream

On most days you will find me drinking my Shakeology as a "shake" in the afternoons between my afternoon snack and dinner time. It's what helps to keep away my cravings and it is also what helped me to eliminate most all junk foods.

BUT sometimes a girl just craves some ice cream in the middle of the day. Lucky for me I can change the consistency of my Shakeology by using a little more ice and frozen cherries. It turns the consistency to that of frozen custard. I like to give it a few toppings and eat it out of a bowl. It's almost like having an ice cream sundae. This totally did the trick for my ice cream cravings and tasted amazing.

Here is how I made it.

Ingredients
1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
10 ounces of water
4 ounces of vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen cherries
10 ounces of ice
Chocolate chips
Shaved coconut

Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and mix for one minute.
Pour into a bowl and top with shaved coconut chocolate chips and a few whole cherries.

Enjoy!

Black and White Shakeology No Bake Cookies

Black and White Shakeology Cookies

shakeology, chocolate shakeology, vanilla shakeology, healthy cookies, no bake cookies,

I was away this past weekend for a retreat with some of the coaches on my team and one of my friends brought these along as a snack for us. Talk about AMAZING!!! We literally ate these for breakfast. I couldn't stop eating them and to be honest when I got home yesterday I made a batch for our family. These are totally worth making!

Ingredients
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup of honey
1 cup of natural peanut butter
1 cup quick cooking oats

Directions
In a sauce pan melt the peanut butter and honey together until creamy
In a medium size bowl combine shakeology and oats together then add in the peanut butter mixture
Mix together ingredients then using a cookie scoop make mixture into little balls.
Once you have your cookie balls flatten them out a bit with your fork. These taste best when you store them in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!

Fudgesicles - Shakeology Style

When I was out and about today I saw some popsicle trays at Kohls and picked them up thinking they would be great for this upcoming summer with my son. I hadn't planned on making anything with them yet but all of the sudden into my mind popped the idea of shakeology fudgesicles. My son and I LOVE chocolate and I figured this was a win win combo. After they froze up we had them as a snack after dinner. The two of us loved them! In fact, this morning when he asked for one for breakfast I decided there was not reason why I needed to say no. I drink my shake every morning for breakfast and this was basically a frozen version of the shake so I caved and said yes to shakeo fudgesicles for breakfast today.

Here is how I made them -
My tray made 6 freeze pops.

Mix together 2 cups of vanilla almond milk (or regular milk if thats what you prefer)
1 tablespoon of PB2 or peanut butter
1 1/2 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
Wisk or blend together
Pour into molds and freeze for 4 hours.
ENJOY!

Chocolate Coconut Banana Shakeology

Yesterday I decided to get creative and pick up coconut almond milk instead of just vanilla this week to try something new. We just got a new bag of chocoate Shakeo and I wanted to try something jazz things up. I hit the jackpot this morning. Hands down this is my FAVORITE Shakeology recipe right now!! You have to try this one!! YUM!!! I think one of the tricks was that the banana that I used was really ripe almost to the point that I would have thrown it away today. It made the flavor really bold. Enjoy!!
