Spring Clean Your System - 3 Day Refresh Support Group

detox, 3 day refresh, 3 day refresh results, 3 day refresh meal plan, sarah griffith, top beachbody coach,

Feeling like it's time to do a little spring cleaning on your system? Have you been feeling or looking a little bloated? I have a solution for you. It is one that I was very nervous about in the past because I am not one to do cleanses or detoxes on my body. I eat clean, I exercise and I try to be very mindful of the foods I fuel my body with. However, I was in a slump awhile back and couldn't seem to get off of the plateau that I was on with my weight loss. I just wanted to drop a few quick pounds and feel less bloated so I decided to go for it.

Often I am asked what is the purpose of the refresh? It is to help you lose a few pounds, change your habits and make your body feel refreshed and in balance. The refresh takes 3 days to complete and you are on a 900 calorie a day intake. While this is not a calorie level that you would want to "live in" it is safe for a few days during the cleanse. The important part is to stay hydrated during the cleanse by drinking half of your weight in ounces each day. Exercise intensity levels during the cleanse is recommended to be low to moderate.

The cleanse can be bought as a challenge pack or just the 3 day packets. You need to drink Vegan Shakeology during the cleanse so if you do not have Shakeology, you will want to buy the challenge pack. If you already have Shakeology you would only need to purchase the 3 days worth of packs. The picture above shows the 3 days worth that I purchased since I already have my Shakeology. You can purchase the 3 Day Refresh Challenge pack thru my site if you would like to give it a try Click here to purchase.

Below is what my 3 day meal plan looking like when doing the refresh. The book that you get contains many choices but these are based on my preferences.

While results will of course vary, but I have seen great results from my clients and even myself when my husband and I did it together. Most drop between 4 - 7 lbs on average. Is is hard? Honestly, yes somewhat. All detoxes are. Do you feel better afterwards? YES much better than you had before. The first day and a half is always my most difficult because your body is going thru the "detox" feelings as it gets rid of the toxins that had been lurking. It is not the type of cleanse that is going to have you "running to the bathroom." That's always the number one question my clients have.

detox, 3 day refresh, 3 day refresh results, 3 day refresh meal plan, sarah griffith, top beachbody coach,

Some often ask when is the best time to do one? I find it best either at the start or end of you doing a new workout program. It is also a great way to kick yourself off of a weight loss plateau. Other times clients use it before an event that they are attending - weddings, vacations, family pictures, etc.

By day three you will not be feeling all that hungry and your energy levels will be up in comparison to day one. Day one is the hardest. Expect to be a little sleepy, have to pee a lot and be a tiny bit cranky because lets face it, it's a detox. It's not meant to be a ton of fun. It's meant to give you fast results and fast results are not easy.

The important part is the post cleanse activities that you do. It's great to lose a bunch of weight quickly but in order to keep it off, it requires mindfulness on your part. You have to want to be willing to change your ways. After you finish, I can share with you some of my meal plans and tips to get you on track with your new clean eating habits.

If you are interested in joining me next week, please send me fill out the application below or send me an email. S.Griffith27@gmail.com

I will be in touch shortly to help you place your order and add you into the group. The group will be your accountability space to help get you thru those three days successfully! There will be others joining you so that you feel like you have a support group to get you thru.

Creamy Tomato Basil Parmesan Soup

Way Better Than Campbell's Soup

tomato basil soup, gluten free soup, tomato soup, organic soup, easy soup recipes, creamy tomato basil soup, sarah griffith, top beachbody coach,

I am such a soup girl! I love making it and EATING it. My little guy has taken up the same love for soup that I have. Tomato is one that I like but truly it's my little guy who LOVES it. I prefer making the homemade version for him rather than dumping out soup from a can. I was so disappointed when I learned that the Campbell's tomato soup I great up eating was made with high fructose corn syrup. This is an ingredient I have banned from our household a long time ago. Needless to say it was a wake up call that I needed to be making my own for him instead of relying on something from a can. While this takes a little bit more time to make it tastes 1,000 times better. I hope you will give this one a try!

Ingredients
20 organic roma tomatoes
1 dry pint of organic cherry tomatoes
1 bag of organic baby carrots
1 cup of organic heavy cream
1 clove of garlic finely minced
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
4 cups of organic chicken broth
Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste
15 - 20 fresh basil leaves trimmed into tiny "ribbons"
3 tablespoons of organic butter
4 tablespoons of whole wheat flour. (Omit if GF or use GF flour)

Directions
Using a food processor, crush the tomatoes up until almost liquid
Add them into a large stock pot
Chop the carrots using the food processor as well
Add these into the stock pot
Pour in the four cups of organic chicken broth
Season with salt and pepper. This will be a matter of your own preference how little or much you use
Mince garlic and add into the mixture
Stir and cover until boiling. Allow it to boil for 25 - 30 minutes
Once it has boiled and the carrots have softened add in the wheat flour
Add in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese
Using an emerson blender put it down into the mixture and slowly blend. This process will combine the soup nicely and make it have more of a creamy texture rather than a chunky texture.
Add in the basil and combine with the emerson blender again.
Taste the mixture. If it's too bland add in more of the salt and pepper. I also used a tablespoon of Italian seasoning.

Enjoy!

Makes six cups of soup.

State College Super Saturday - Team Beachbody Corporate Event

Coming Soon To Happy Valley!

Sarah Griffith, top beachbody coach, Kam Niskach, State College Super Saturday, State College Beachbody Coach, top beachbody coach state college, central pa super saturday event,

When I first became a Beachbody coach I remember how important my coach kept telling me it was to get to the Super Saturday events. She kept insisting that I would love it and that it would help to move my business forward. But here's the thing. I put it off for a little bit. I started coaching in March of 2014. The events are held four times a year typically April, August, October, and January. In April I still felt brand new so I didn't go. In August I bought a ticket and chickened out and finally in October that year I bought my first ticket and have not missed an event since. Quite honestly I think I was nervous to go for some reason. I was worried I wouldn't know anything or was "too new" to be at something like that. Here's the thing, there is no such thing as being "too new" to the business to be at these events. The sooner you can get yourself there the sooner you learn how to move your business forward at a faster pace. It is a wonderful event and I was lucky enough to be going to the Pittsburgh Super Saturday events. Why was Pittsburgh so special? Because that's where my upline was, its where my friends were and its where two of the top ten coaches in the entire network live and host the trainings.

After attending a few of the Pittsburgh ones I started to think to myself, man how cool would it be to bring an event like this to Happy Valley. I decided to put it on my goal board for this year. As my team of local coaches began to grow I knew we could pull something like this off. We have been working to plan it for a few months now and cannot wait to pull this off.

Sarah Griffith, top beachbody coach, Kam Niskach, State College Super Saturday, State College Beachbody Coach, top beachbody coach state college, central pa super saturday event,
A few of the many coaches on the State College Market Council helping to pull this event together!
Here is a little run down of what the event will look like. It will take place on Saturday April 2, 2016 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. You can purchase a ticket by clicking here.  Be sure to bring along a notebook and pen to take notes during the training. You will also want to bring some water and healthy snacks to keep you full during the day. We highly recommend you bring your spouse along to learn more about the business or any friends or family you have who might be considering the coaching opportunity.

Upon your arrival you will present your ticket, get a name tag and then head on over to our Shakeology bar to try some samples before finding your seats.

We will kick the day off with a welcome and then do some coach recognitions and introductions of the State College Market Council.

We will hear a challenger and coach success story then transition into the corporate training piece.
There will be a short video with details about all the upcoming things for the spring/ summer product launches.

After that we will then do a 30 - 40 minute training to help you grow your business. Our topics are on the following:

* Mastering the 3 vital behaviors
* Finding your passion as a coach
* Transitioning from a discount coach to a working coach
* Building the business while managing a full time job

There will be a short break while we clear the room to get ready for our live workout. I am over the moon excited that we will be bringing Kam Niskach to State College. She is currently ranked the number 4 Beachbody Live Master Trainer in the entire company. She delivers the most amazing workouts! You will see so much energy, she just lights up the room! You don't want to miss this workout!
Sarah Griffith, top beachbody coach, Kam Niskach, State College Super Saturday, State College Beachbody Coach, top beachbody coach state college, central pa super saturday event,
Master Trainer Kam - You can catch some of her workouts on Beachbody On Demand.
After the workout, the event will end and you can head home. We are certain you will be leaving excited about your business, a tiny bit exhausted from the workout and probably with a few new friends you didn't have before the event.

We cannot wait to meet you all! Hope you can make it!! All are welcome! Wear your BLUE AND WHITE!!!!

It Starts With One

By My Side From The Beginning

When I started my crazy journey to be a coach two short years ago I remember when I announced that I was going to begin to create a growing team and turn this hobby into a bit of a business and I was looking for others to join me. I announced that on a Saturday morning. By mid day Lindsay had messaged me asking for details. VERY shortly after that she jumped all in and was my first official coach. She spent most of her first year as a challenger/ discount coach before she went all in with the opportunity. She mostly just wanted the discount on her Shakeology when it all started and she dabbled a bit in the business. That was until last year when she put her foot on the gas and let her business take off. She is one of my top coaches now and also one of my diamond coaches. Which in the Beachbody world is a really big thing.

She is probably one of the most busy coaches I have on my team. She is a full time teacher and she also bartends on nights and weekends. She lives off of little sleep and some how still makes time for her business and all of the other hats she wears in her life. Her work ethic is phenomenal. If you want something done ask Lindsay. If you want to learn now to make this work while balancing many other things, again ask Lindsay to teach you. She has this business down. She works her business at all hours of the day and night. I just don't know how she does it all.

What has been really cool to watch with Lindsay is to see her begin to grow her own team of coaches who are just like her. Since she went diamond this past fall she transitioned away from being a coach to being a strong team leader who was able to duplicate her own success to others. It's a beautiful thing to get to stand back and watch.

Lindsay & Cheryl = Success Partners. These two are a power team and have formed quite the friendship along the way.
A few things that I think has added to her success as a coach is that she never misses her goals for helping others each month. She commits to help at least 3 - 5 people no matter what. She also attends Beachbody corporate events. She traveled with me this past summer to our SUMMIT training in Nashville, TN. In addition she also attends all of the local Super Saturday events that are held each quarter. She seems the value in attending events and makes it happen. When she does those things, I watch her move forward one step closer to the big goals she has set for herself.

As she gets ready to take on year three of her business, I can only imagine what is in store for her. They say when you start to coach you need to "be here in a year." Well she made it way beyond her year. She's thru the hardest phases that a new coach might experiences. It's an uphill ride from here my dear.

Thanks for deciding to stand beside me from the beginning and being the first to join my crazy train. I wouldn't have wanted to do it with anyone else. Proud of you and all the heart you put into this.

xoxoxo
Sarah

Success Club Trip 2016 - How Does That Work?

All Aboard The S.S. Beachbody

S.S.Beachbody, Beachbody Success Club Trip, Beachbody Coaching, beachbody coach success, top beachbody coach, Sarah Griffith, Oasis of The Seas, Royal Caribbean,

If you follow me on social media, I am sure you saw that I was "out of the office" last week. I was on the 2016 Team Beachbody Success Club Trip. Beachbody chartered the Oasis Of The Sea for 5 days and traveled to Nassau Bahamas and also Falmouth Jamaica as a reward to all of the coaches for our hard work. I got a lot of messages asking me how does one go about earning a free trip for you and your HUBBY. Everyone seemed to be thinking it was almost too good to be true. Here's the thing. It isn't too good to be true. It's the real deal. This company treats us well.

So how did I earn it? I simply helped 3 - 5 people get on track with their health each month last year. I ran challenge groups and supported them with the programs that they picked until they got to the goals they were wanting to accomplish. I also helped to grow a team and duplicate the success that I was having with the company. Sounds pretty simple right? It really was that easy. I did it will balancing a full time job, motherhood, grad school and married life. In coaching I was able to find my passion. When you find your passion it never feels like a day of work.

I was lucky enough to have been able to go last year as well. They rented out an all inclusive resort in Mexico. Since I went last year I knew this year would be just as great. As anticipated, it was!

Here are a few of the things we got to enjoy:

*Live workouts on the top of the ship deck each morning with trainers like Autumn Calabrese (creator of the 21 Day Fix), Tony Horton (famous for many of his programs - P90X, Hard Corps, ETC), Joel and Jericho (Les Mills Body Pump), and Sagi (creator of the Body Beast program).

*A daily Shakeology bar served poolside so we didn't have to go without our superfoods.

*Live meet and greets and parties with the corporate team and other top coaches.

*Motivation from the top 10 coaches in the network with times to build our business and move forward.

* Time to simply relax and celebrate all of our accomplishments as coaches

* A week away with coaches who have turned into family. The relationships we have been lucky enough to form are beyond special. We all share a very special bond. It's nice to be together with all of them.

The sisterhood that comes with coaching - nobody mentioned this part to me when I purchased my challenge pack two short years ago. Love our bond!
The week was not only refreshing it also was fun. There was plenty of down time for us to just "be" and enjoy the vacation. My husband and I were so thankful for the opportunity to be away together to celebrate all that Beachbody has done for our family. It has blessed us in so many ways and will continue to as I grow my business even more in the coming year.

My husband climbing the rock wall. The cruise was filled with lots of fun things to do.
We spent time laying out, enjoying many four course meals and snacks. We slept in, we worked out together and we shopped. Two of the days we got to get off of the boat to do excursions. The first day we were in the Bahamas and we decided to go to Cabbage Beach. We took a crazy cab ride over and spent the day with friends on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.

Two days later we took an hour long bus ride over to Ochos Rios to climb the Dunns River Falls. We were a bit nervous to climb a 600 ft waterfall in the middle of the rainforest but it seemed too beautiful to pass up. One of my best friends in the business and her husband came along with us. After the climb we were given the VIP treatment at a private beach club.
S.S.Beachbody, Beachbody Success Club Trip, Beachbody Coaching, beachbody coach success, top beachbody coach, Sarah Griffith, Oasis of The Seas, Royal Caribbean,
These are the falls that we got to climb in Jamaica.
We had perfect weather. High 80's everyday. Not a cloud in the sky or a raindrop. It felt great to escape to weather like that during the middle of March. It's cold here in PA so getting away was just what we needed until it begins to feel like spring here.

Thanks for taking the time to read about my trip. If you are intrigued about the opportunity, even a little bit I encourage you to fill out the application below to be considered for the coaching opportunity on my team.

I will have a training coming up and would love to include you in that. I also will have a live online open house event about coaching on Wednesday March 30, 2016. You can join that event by clicking here. When I joined I promised myself I would make something of this NO. MATTER.WHAT. I was determined to make it work so I did and you know what, you really can too. I would love to teach you how and include you on my growing team.
