21 Day Fix

The 21 day fix seems to have taken the world by storm - so much that it now has its own page on my blog. This is the program that I started with and still find to be my all time favorite. I like it the best because not only does it focus on fitness but also nutrition. Its the total package!

  1. That list and print out really helps a lot! I always have trouble keeping my eating plan on track with this diet but resources like that really help!
