Well, the secret it out. On May 2nd Beachbody will be launching a new approach to nutrition. This is something that has been in the works for a very long period of time and it is going to be the missing piece for so many who have had long-term struggles with nutrition. I am going to share with you answers to some of the most commonly asked questions that many of you have about the new program.
