LIIFT 4 Program - VIP ACCESS COMING SOON

Now that the news is out about the brand new fitness program LIIFT4, I have been getting so many messages and questions wanting all the details. I decided a blog post was fitting to help to get the info out to my current and soon to be clients.

Let's start by taking a minute to watch this short video about the program. After that check out the common Q&A's listed below.

What is LIIFT4? 
LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working.
Every workout ends with a core routine for a full body build and burn that leaves you shredded.
There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines and no opportunity for boredom because you’ll never do the same workout twice.
Get it DONE in just 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day, 8 weeks total. LIIFT4 will be available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand.
Who is the Ideal LIIFT4 Customer?
Anyone who wants great results without spending an hour an a half in the gym 6 days a week to get there!
Anyone looking to sculpt and get lean, Men looking to build and shred, and anyone with a baseline of fitness.
Is there a modifier? 
There is an equipment modifier where resistance bands are used in place of dumbbells, and there are lower intensity modified movements for most of the HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises.
What is VIP Early Access?
LIIFT4 will be available to all Beachbody On Demand members in the Member Library on October 1st. However, you can stream the program as soon as July 16th with VIP Early Access.
When does VIP Early Access Start? 
Early Access starts on July 16th and goes through September 30th. Only people who purchase a LIIFT4 offer can view the program as soon as July 16th. You may begin purchasing early access on June 11th. If you purchase before the kick off date on the 16th you will also have access to the B4LIIFT4 workouts which is a weeks worth of digital content.

What's this coach test group I keep hearing about? 
Beachbody likes for us to be well trained when new programs and products come out. Bean-less JalapeƱo Chili

I have been working on doing an elimination diet to help reduce some stress, anxiety and possible post partum depression I have been experiencing. I am hoping that I can reduce some of the inflamination going on inside my body which will in turn help me to feel better. My husband and I are doing the diet together. We are skipping out on grains, gluten, dairy and sugar for 30 days. We wanted something hearty since it is getting colder where we live. This dish was perfect and honestly I didn't even miss the beans. Give it a try this winter for a fun spin on a traditional meal.


Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
3 bell peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
3 yellow onions
8-10 cloves garlic minced
28 ounces diced tomatoes
14 ounces tomato sauce
4 oz cold brew coffee
1 cup bone broth
1 tablespoon cumin
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder


Directions
In a large stock pot add in ground meat and brown. Then add in onions, peppers, jalapenos and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add in tomatoes and sauce as well as the coffee and bone broth.

Add in seasonings and allow to simmer for one hour.

Makes 8 servings.

Gluten free, dairy free, whole 30 approved.

Banana Oat Pancakes- Gluten Free

Gluten Free Favorites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free if needed
  • Fresh berries, peanut butter, banana slices, shredded unsweetened coconut and/or maple syrup (optional) for serving or any other topping that you see fit. 

Directions 
  1. Heat a large skillet or griddle that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray or greased with coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto the griddle; cook for 2-3 minutes and until bubbles are popping over the top of the pancakes. Flip and cook for about 1-2 minutes more. Continue with remaining batter.
  4. Serve with favorite toppings and enjoy!
