Calling All You Hot Mess Moms Out There....

 I Want To Help You

Hey there - yes you the one who clicked on this link because something was drawing you in. Probably because I said hot mess, right? You saw it, chuckled and thought oh girl if you had any idea hot mess barely describes it enough. This post is for you. Today I am speaking your language and I am coming from a place where I have been and know all too well. Today I think I can relate to you and the struggles you are going thru.

I suppose I will start by sharing a little bit of honestly with you. Most of us moms don't actually have it all together, like not even a little bit. We may look like we do on the outside, but quite honestly most of us are all a complete mess, struggling to keep our heads above water. In particular, those of us who are working moms. Like seriously this is insane, why didn't anyone warn us how hard it is to work full time and be a mom while running a household. We may show up at the daycare drop off looking polished and primped but lets be real, it took a hell of a lot of effort to get everyone out the door, dressed, lunches packed and be on time.  (Oh if you only knew what trying to get a three year old to hustle feels like.) I seriously feel like I ran a marathon before the clock on my car dash strikes 7:15 am. It is exhausting and so hard in so many ways. I made a choice to keep my job when I had my son and it was and still continues to be the hardest choice I have ever made. It breaks my heart to allow someone else to spend so many hours with him when it feels like I should be home with him. But I keep reminding myself that my choices today are creating a strong future for our family tomorrow. Am I envious of the moms who get to stay home with their little loves? Yep, you betcha and I bet if you asked them if they are envious of me and my career they might say yes too. The grass always looks greener no matter what side of the lawn you are standing on. Neither choice is easy and both jobs are equally important and special. I say were all pretty damn amazing and should celebrate that as often as we can. Motherhood's hard.

Now here is where I share how I keep from becoming a crazy lady. (Okay the crazy lady still comes out somedays but not as often since I made some major changes). My world starts early each day. It starts early by choice because after three years of raising my son, I have begun to learn a few things about how to survive motherhood and the challenges of being a working woman. The secret to my sanity is that I make a deliberate effort to carve out time each morning for myself. Some days it's for working out, some days it is for personal development reading and some days it's so I can drink my coffee in peace while it's still warm.

I was not always this way. I was that mom who hadn't worked out in years because seriously who has time for that? I lived off the drive thru at Starbucks (white chocolate mocha's and bacon artisan breakfast sandwiches were my thing.) Each day I had a to-do list that I would knock out of the park. I wouldn't go to bed unless it was all accomplished, but you know something sad. That to-do list I was making everyday didn't have anything on it that would benefit my own health. I was my own last priority over and over and over again. Until one day I woke up and realized I was missing something. I got sick of not being comfortable anymore. I was sick of being tired, sick of being rushed and sick of feeling awful because I wasn't treating my body the way that I should have. I ate like crap so I felt like crap. I made the excuse that I didn't have any more time in my day to do something like exercise. Until one day I was fed up with my own excuses and decided I wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same. I wish I could say it was easy. It really wasn't. There were so many days I wanted to quit, so many mornings when I wanted to press snooze but I kept reminding myself that what I was working on what worth it and I needed to stick with it. But truthfully, I had to fight to become the woman I am today and I still fight everyday to be her. I can proudly say that I have made myself a priority during a time period in my life when most moms don't.

I do it because I know I am leading by example. I am the role model my son is looking up to. I am teaching him the value of exercise, I am teaching him what being healthy looks like, I am teaching him to to make good choices but most of all I am teaching him how to take care of himself. I realize that down the road, his life will someday be just as stressful and busy as mine is. I want him to know it's okay to put the breaks on and care for himself each day without feeling guilty.

For the month of October I will be running a 30 day stripped challenge group. This is for busy women who are looking to lose up to 10 lbs in one months time by stripping away the junk and the excuses that have been holding them back in the past. The challenge group will teach you how to eat clean, how to stick to your plan and how to be a new happier healthier you. It means you will commit to doing 30 minutes a day of exercise, working on meal plans and clean eating, drinking Shakeology daily (I call that my super power, give me so much energy) and promising to stay focused on the goals you are going to set for yourself. The journey you are about to begin is hard, don't make it harder by trying to do it alone. Allow me to connect you with my other challengers who are going thru the same journey. Allow me to help you prove yourself and all of your doubters wrong and show you that you CAN do this. Someone once told me "don't be like the rest of them darling." I didn't get it until I become a mom. I don't want to be like all of the ones out there running themselves ragged who are tired, unhappy and not healthy. I wanted to be different and I want that for you too. I hope you will allow me to help.

Please fill out the application below and I will be in touch with you within 24 hours. We kick off soon, don't miss out on this group! It really could be your game changer if you want it to be.

Cize Test Group

Love To Dance? - Why Don't You Join Me?

cize, cize test group, new beachbody product, zumba, hip hop, challenge group, sarah griffith, top beachbody coach state college,

Okay I am about to be pretty real with you - I hate dancing. I have two left feet and it takes me an eternity to get the moves down. Looking back I feel bad for all of my old dance teachers. I am one of those who are very slow to learn. In the past I tried a Zumba class and liked it but kept getting frustrated that I couldn't keep up. I liked to stay at the back of the class so I could watch and nobody could see my moves. It just was never my thing.

Well this month I am breaking out of my shell and I will be putting the weights down to try out the newest Beachbody program, CIZE. It is going to launch this week while I am at Summit and I cannot wait to get my hands on it. Excited for a little challenge. The best part is, I am doing this from home so no more hiding in the back row just me and the basement and my killer moves.

The program is 4 weeks long and I will be going thru it for the first time along with my coaches. We will be taking applicants who would like to be a part of our official test group. The group will begin on July 27th.

There is something cool about being in a test group! Fun to experience a program with others who are all doing it for the first time.

So if dancing or hip hop is your thing or maybe if it isn't and you would like it to be, fill out the application below and I will be in touch so I can get you enrolled in the test group.

Check out the video I made to tell you what comes along with your CIZE challenge pack!

A Little Push For Spring...

Time to Push A Little Harder

This month I am going to host a challenge group for those who need a little push to get to where they want to be with their fitness and nutrition. Those people who say they want to get rid of those last 10 or 20 lbs they have been carrying around or even those who want to become more defined in their muscles. April is really a great time to get started because you really do still have "time" before summer hits. I saw so many women jump on the fitness wagon on January and many fell off and decided summer was far enough away it didn't matter. Well I hate to break it to you but the clock is ticking. If you are not feeling ready for shorts and tank tops or a swim suit it is time to step up to the plate and get some support. The group will provide you with a safe place and encouragement as well as tips and recipes for healthy eating. My job will be to not let you quit and teach you how to make yourself proud of what you are capable of accomplishing.

I have decided that for this group we will be doing Insanity Max 30. While I am still happy to have anyone who prefers to do this with a different program, I really want you to consider doing Insanity Max 30. The reason why is because I have done oodles of Beachbody programs and really do love many of them but none as much as I loved Insanity Max 30. I did it over the winter and found it put me in the best shape I have ever been in and really challenged me but within reasonable limits. I looked forward to crossing off each day I accomplished and found it was what got me in tip top shape. The program is 30 minutes a day for 60 days. There are also 10 minutes worth of ab routines you can include in if you have the time. I remember being so nervous when I started it in December because I was intimidated that I couldn't hack it, but boy was I ever proud on Day 60 when I proved myself wrong!

This is one of my before and after pictures. While the results are not all that drastic, please keep in mind I really did not have much weight to lose nor did I want to lose any, I wanted to get leaner and more defined in my muscles. I have had many challengers who have lost 10+ lbs with this one though.

I was very public with my journey thru Insanity Max 30, if you missed those posts you may want to check them out as they include what my meal plans looked like and thoughts about what each week was like. I was very candid and I think it might help you in making your decision if you are up for the challenge.

Week 1 -
Week 2 -
Week 3 -
Week 4 -
Week 5 -
Week 6 -
Week 7 -
Week 8 -

We will start on April 27th and finish on June 19th. While that might seem like a long time -before you blink the program will be over. While the program is not really for beginners there is a modifier for each move that is easy to do for many. If you are currently exercising, this would be something you should be fine doing. I hope you will consider being a part of the final push group. Come June when you are sitting on a beach chair near the ocean you will smile and say man am I ever glad I decided to go for this and try a challenge group. 30 minutes. INSANE results. Please fill out the application below and I will be in touch to get you all signed up.

21 Day Fix Extreme - Ready Set Go!

READY...SET...GO!!!

I have been waiting to get started with this program since I learned about it this past fall! Talk about a long time coming! The moment it went on sale I ordered it last week and even paid the extra for 2 day shipping. I SIMPLY COULDN’T WAIT TO GET IT! It arrived last week and I was excited to learn about the differences between this program and the original fix that so many of my challengers start with. I am just doing the extreme eating plan, which is very similar to the regular fix eating plan. There is a countdown to competition plan for eating but since I am not counting down to anything, I am going to start with the regular one first. I think I might give the countdown one a try right before my trip to Mexico that I earned thru Beachbody. We leave in April so I have a little bit of time!

My partner in crime who seemed to not stick with MAX 30 says he’s all in with me for fix extreme.  He was feeling bad about not doing MAX 30 and says he’s really, really, really in this time. Only time will tell but honestly out of all of my challengers I seem to have the hardest time keeping that challenger on track ;) If you know my husband and you see him eating take out or junk food give him hell for me.

My fix extreme challengers are going to start next Monday. They are mostly my original fix graduates who are now in some pretty fantastic shape and are ready to lean out. As the coach I wanted to be a week ahead of them and know what we were getting ourselves into so that is why my husband and I start tomorrow. I know the week of waiting is killing my challengers; they are pumped up and ready to go!

The game plan is to get the workouts in during the morning and do the ab fix 3 out of the 7 days this coming week as I get started. I did my meal plan and got all of my cheats out of the way. We cleared out the pantry from all the temptations and got our grocery list made. I am ready to hit the grocery store later on today! What I know about the fix is that planning and prepping are KEY to being successful. Failure to plan is like planning to fail.

My last cheat.... PSU Creamery Ice Cream. Worth it and at least I used the container for portion control right?

I took the entire week off last week to give my body a break after doing 60 days of Insanity Max 30 and to be quite honest, I am DYING to workout! Tonight we will take our before pictures and measurements and get ready to kick some fix extreme butt!

I am looking for 5 people who would be interested in having me teach them how to complete the 21 day fix or the fix extreme with success and support. Please fill out the application below if you would be interested in joining my next accountability group.

What I Can't Do For You As A Beachbody Coach...

What I Can't Do For You As A Beachbody Coach...

Today’s message is one for anyone who is feeling discouraged or wishing they were closer to a weight loss goal to listen up. Today I am going to tell you all the things that I CANNOT do for you as a health and fitness coach. What? This lady is going to talk about what she can’t do as a coach? This should be interesting because who would write a post about what they can’t do… RIGHT?

As I get closer and closer to my one year anniversary with Beachbody I am learning that in order for my clients to find true success this journey has to be their own. I get clients at all different levels of their journey. Some are just starting, some want to try something new and some are already in great shape. Everyone seems to need something different and everyone seems to get varied results. The results that they get are simply based on one thing. THEY HAVE TO WANT TO CHANGE MORE THAN THEY WANT TO STAY THE SAME. The ambition and excitement that comes along with getting ready to start a challenge group is something that you simply can’t beat. It’s exciting and motivating and for many it’s hope for something they have been yearning for. But after a little bit of time that excitement can wear off. You want to know why? Because losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle is freaking hard some days. There are days when you just want to eat like crap and skip the workouts. You want to quit because it’s easier than sticking with your program and staying on track. Some days you want to hit the drive thru instead of eating the lunch you made for yourself and somedays it feels overwhelming when your goal seems so far away. But you see, I have two types of challengers those who are in it for the long haul even when it gets hard and I have those who are kinda sorta in. They might do it for a month or so or maybe longer but they are not “all in” and when you are not all in your results will take so much longer to come. Don’t be fooled by my challengers who have lost A LOT of weight. It wasn’t magic, they didn’t just drink Shakeology and wake up with a six pack. They fought for where they are. They struggled but they didn’t give up. They found support in the group and in each other and that's why they lost all of the weight. They leaned on each other so they could rise together. That's why challenge groups rock. It allows you to be surrounded by people who are all fighting the same fight and get how you are feeling. It’s the best way to turn your lifestyle around.

I think it is important that I mention as a coach I cannot want this for you more than you can. I cannot make you press play on your workouts, I cannot come to your house and prep your foods nor can I always do your meal plans for you. YOU have to want this and YOU have to show up every single day even when it’s hard. You have to push even on days when you just don’t feel like it. But what I can do is be your biggest cheerleader, your therapist and your friend. I can be your safe place to vent when things get hard and I can be the one who celebrates major lifestyle change victories with you but YOU have to want it for you even more than I do.

So my message is this, if you have ever bought a challenge pack or fitness program did you go all in until you got where you wanted to be or did you give up? You owe it to yourself not to quit. You know what quitting feels like and you don’t want that for yourself. For once, I want to see you prove yourself wrong and go accomplish what your wishing. I’ll be right by your side for as long as you need me.

If you think a challenge group is just what you might need please fill out the application below and I will be in touch with you!

Insanity Max 30 - Week 2 In Review

Insanity Max 30- Week 2 In Review

Well week 2 is in the books and I am starting to love the program even more than I had anticipated. My reason being is that it is challenging but in a fun way, like I want to prove to myself that I can do it. I am finding that my max out times are getting better and better. Aside from building more endurance I have also lost 4 lbs. I am not doing this program to lose any weight because I am happy with what I already weigh, but the weight seems to be melting off. I was 120 lbs when we started and am at 116 right now. Its funny how weight can look different. I look back and look at pictures of myself right before I got pregnant with Carter and I weighted 105 lbs right when I got pregnant. I look at those pictures and I do look thin but not really any different than I do now. Maybe a flatter stomach but that’s really it.  I have always been naturally thin thanks to genetics. I ate whatever I wanted and aside from being a swimmer in high school I didn’t really workout. Now I look at how hard I am working and my weight and I realize that I am a “fit” weight. I have so much more muscle than I did back then and don’t think that weighting what I used to weight is a reasonable goal. I eat too much and exercise to hard to get down to that weight, nor do I even want to. Being skinny is not my goal; being fit is.

I have also started to notice a difference in my upper and middle abs. They are starting to feel stronger and I am enjoying doing the extra 10 -minute ab attack that comes with the program. My upper abs have already been strong thanks to the other programs. My lower abs are still a different story. However, I think that is going to change after a few more weeks with Insanity Max 30. There is SO much lower ab focus and I love it!

I found that I did a great job with my nutrition last week but struggled with the workouts. I am a morning exerciser but my husband is an evening exerciser. I have mostly agreed to compromise and workout with him in the evenings but last week we seemed to be on separate pages. I also found myself two days behind because of sleeping in or falling asleep before I got my workout in for the evening. I hate being off on my dates that the workout calendar has scheduled for me, so I put time in this past weekend and made up for the days that I had missed earlier this week so that I could be back on track today.

The key to my nutrition success last week was my planning and preparation that I had done in advance. It helped keep me on track. We enjoyed some fabulous dinners last week, but my favorite was the steak with brown rice and I roasted cauliflower. DELICIOUS! I also came up with a new snack idea. I was craving carbs like crazy last week so I enjoyed a whole grain English Muffin with cashew butter and a few chocolate chips. Really hit the spot!

Last week I also hit the E&E pretty hard. E&E is a pre- workout formula that you can drink before or during your workouts. It gives you a little bit of extra umph to get thru your workouts and wake you up! I swear by it and I am using it every day now for the workouts. Ended up finishing up a tub of it last week. (Not all in one week though ;) Thank goodness for the delivery of a new tub on Friday!

With the chaos of finishing Christmas shopping, hosting a family gathering on Sunday and preparing for being away for the holidays, I didn’t officially “meal plan” for this week. I did however plan out my dinners for the first few days of the week while I am home. I will also be packing with me for the visit lots of healthy snacks and things that travel well.

Excited to start week three! Time sure flies when you are having fun!! Happy Holidays to all of you!

Healthy Holiday Support Group

Where has fall gone? I felt like this month has went buy quicker than ever this year. As I put the Halloween decorations away today and flipped the calendar over to November, I realized that the holidays are closer than you think. It got me thinking about my theme and plan for November. I decided this month I would host an accountability group that would take my challengers thru both holiday months that are coming up. We will begin on November 17th and end on December 28, 2014. Some of you might be thinking, this ladies crazy, why would I want to start a fitness program right before the holidays and the answer is WHY would you NOT. You are about to embark on two months of busy schedules, holiday treats, special beverages and temptations galore. It is the perfect time to get started. Think of how ahead of the game you will be if you start now. Say you lose 5 lbs a month for the next two months. That will get you 10 lbs lighter before New Years, a time when the entire world is trying to get rid of the extra weight they put on over the holiday season.

During this accountability group you will receive constant support thru the holiday season. Will you still get to enjoy the traditional meals that are always present? Of course, but I will teach you how to enjoy them in moderation so that you can accomplish your goals while still enjoying the season. I will provide you with daily support, motivation and tips as well as clean holiday recipes and many fun ideas and tips to stay fit in the coming weeks.

As a bonus this month, I will be doing a raffle for anyone who purchases a challenge pack thru me before November 14th -the winner will receive one on one meal planning. I will sit down and ask you questions about the foods you typically prepare. From there I will help you to formulate a detailed meal plan for all the meals you will be consuming for the first 3 weeks of your challenge. In addition I will help find healthier alternatives to foods you enjoy the most! Meal planning is always the biggest hurdle for my challengers; let me take the work out of it for you!

What are you waiting for? January will be here before you blink, wouldn’t it feel good to already be on track to a healthier lifestyle? Fill out the application below to reserve your spot. I will be in touch within 24 hours.

August Back to School Clean Eating Group

Back to school has always been one of my favorite times of the year. Everything feels like a fresh start to me during this month. This fall I wanted to help teach you how to change your lifestyle and learn more about clean eating. I will be hosting a 30 -day clean eating challenge group for back to school. This group will run for 30 days and I will teach you how to change your lifestyle and focus on feeding yourself and your family clean meals. We will go thru clean eating education – what is it, where to start, how to get the best deals and secrets of how to be successful with clean eating. Each week I will provide you with daily recipes and a grocery list for the week. We will practice meal planning and meal prep each week to help keep you organized and on track with your new lifestyle. The group will be hosted thru a private group on Facebook where you will get to meet and interact with others who are looking to change their lifestyle just like you are.

Exercise is not required to be in this group however it would certainly be beneficial to your overall health. Participants will need to drink Shakeology during these 30 days. They will get to see how it transformations their body with vitamins and boots your energy.

If you are worried about having time to fit exercise into your crazy schedules this fall this is a great place to start. Most weight loss is 80/20 – 80% nutrition and 20 % exercise.

If you are sick of feeling tired, lethargic and out of shape start here. Start with the lifestyle change and let me teach you how to create a better life for yourself and your family.

Message me or send and email to S.Griffith27@gmail.com to reserve your spot. We start on August 19, 2014.

Body Beast - Guys I'm Calling On You This Time

Body Beast Challenge Group

Since I have started being a coach, I have mostly just worked with women. Lots of moms and lots of schoolteachers have been my specialty but this August I am looking to work with a new market. Body Beast is going on sale for August and I would like to host a group for the guys. Body Beast is a killer program to get you ripped all from home and the price this month is unbeatable.  It is designed to pack on 10 lbs of muscles in 90 days using Dynamic Set Training. The program was developed and hosted by the champion bodybuilder Sagi Kalev.

The program comes with an in-depth nutrition program in addition to the workouts and supplements to transform you and pack on muscle fast. The supplement system developed specifically for Body Beast puts you on the fast track to achieving the physique that millions of men dream of but fail to achieve due to lack of proper supplementation.

Below is a chart that illustrates what the different workouts would be focusing on:

Equipment that you would need in addition to the challenge pack would be:
* Pull up bar
* Bench or stability ball
* EZ Curl Bar with weight plates
* Dumbbells

Lucky for me my husband Kevin will be doing the program starting the 3rd Monday in August. I am pretty pumped to see the transformation that his body will take on.  If you would like to join him and be in my challenge group I would be happy to talk more with you. I don’t know many guys who don’t want to be ripped, and I won’t lie us ladies like it too. Please send me an email to reserve your spot. S.Griffith27@gmail.com

Call To Action Time

Call To Action Time - July Challenge Groups Forming
Once every month I give my call to action shout out and this is the time for anyone who has been thinking about giving a challenge group a try a chance to step up to the plate and join in on the fun. I take applicants at the beginning of the month and will put them into the following challenge groups based on their goals and plans for the future.

July 7th - Piyo Test Group - These challengers are going to be lucky enough to be doing PiYo with me as I give the program a try for the first time. These challengers are going to follow the 60 day program in its entirety and follow the nutrition guide as well as the workout schedule. These challengers will be my poster children for PiYo! I am especially interested in having some pregnant women in the group as well as those who have been restricted to exercise in the past because of injury. If you want to be one of the first I have coached with PiYo this is your call to action. Check out the page on PiYo to learn more about the program.

July 21st - This challenge group will be for anyone looking to learn more about clean eating and exercise. Many challengers will be doing the 21 day fix but I will also take those interested in other programs. This group will last for 30 days - it will be quick, simple and guaranteed to work as long as you do your part!

July 28th - This will be my first 30 day clean eating group that I will have hosted. This is for those who are looking to learn about clean eating but do not have the time or are not ready for the exercise piece. Research shows that weight loss is 80/20 - 80% nutrition and 20% exercise so why not focus on your nutrition first if this is where you want to start. I will teach you how to meal plan, we will discuss clean eating and teach you how to become better at it as well as share many clean recipes and meal plans. This group will kick off with you doing the 3 day refresh to jump start your system then we will eat clean and drink Shakeology for 30 days. After those 30 days are up we will talk about a plan for how you want to approach your weight loss goals moving forward.

In the group I will teach you about clean eating, motivate you daily, post recipes, and support you as you change your lifestyle. This accountability piece is what many of you are missing. Many of us need someone to check in on us daily and see how things are going and to support you when you veer off the path. It happens - we are human but if you have someone to help you will meet your goals much faster.

If you have been watching my posts and considering giving this a try or maybe even have told me no in the past. Now is your time to say yes to this. Say yes to getting your life back on track and feeling good about yourself. This time is now not tomorrow or a month from now it's today because tomorrow is not promised. Join me, you will not regret it!

Email me to reserve your spot and let me know what challenge group you are interested in: S.Griffith27@gmail.com

June 16th Challenge Group - Getting Your Body Back After The Baby

June 16th Challenge Group – Calling all mommies!!

To all of the ladies out there who are ready to lose the baby weight the time is now. Having a baby is not an excuse to let your body go it might be a reason why you are not where you want to be but you have the power to change that. For two years I told myself that I just did not have the time or energy to lose the baby weight that I was carrying around. I am a mom, a wife, a teacher and also I was working to finish my principal intership for my masters degree. I REALLY AM BUSY just like the rest of you.  Then this winter I decided that there was no better time than now to get back to where I wanted to be. I decided to do the 21 day fix thru Beachbody. The reason for my interest  in this particular program was that the program focused on nutrition and also exercise. It was 30 minutes a day and also said that you could lose up to 15 lbs in 21 days. The program came with a different workout for each day and also color-coded portion control containers for my goods. The challenge pack that I bought came with Shakeology – this is Beachbody’s meal replacement super drink. To me this was the part I was most nervous about trying. I am not a shake girl and I was worried I would get them and hate the taste. However, I was at the point where I wanted my body back and if it meant drinking a shake them so be it. Surprisingly this was a piece of cake. It tasted great and helped cut out my cravings for junk food. Now since February I drink them EVERY single day and actually love them. Chocolate is my favorite.

Along with the program came a coach and I was put into a challenge group. The group is a private group on Facebook where you will find support and motivation by myself and other challengers who are working to achieve the same thing. This was the missing piece for me and once it was there things really started to click. I found that I loved having someone to check in with each day. It made me less likely to not follow thru or quit on the meal plans.

The fix took a lot of will power, some time management and also some meal prepping but it was amazing how much your body can change in just 21 days. I felt fantastic. Energized, happy and healthy. It actually made me want to be a coach to help others feel the same way. So here I am and I am ready to help you.

Starting on June 16th I am running a small challenge group JUST for women who are looking to lose their baby weight. There will be something special about all having the same goal and also the ability to understand the challenges of motherhood. The group will run for 30 days. We will all do the 21 day fix together. I will help you learn how to practice clean eating. You will also work on meal planning and within 21 days see some results that will change your whole summer. If you end up wanting to go beyond the 30 days you can stick with me and I will help you continue on your journey.

If you are considering this but the voice inside your head is saying – I don’t have time for this or I don’t think I could. Prove yourself wrong. We make time for what we want and if we don’t want it bad enough we make excuses.  If your ready for the change email me and we can get you started. S.Griffith27@gmail.com
